Ryan is a veteran marketer and his firm Salt and Water has created dozens of national commercials, managed marketing campaigns and influencer programs for hit films, best-selling authors and clients across a broad swath of industries. Ryan blends humor, nostalgia, and imagination through his work, including his latest venture, WAY BACK WHEN, which recaptures the timeless wonder of cinema and creative media.

Caleb has spent years crafting stories for churches, educational institutions, individuals and businesses of diverse sizes and scopes. Caleb is passionate about identifying strategic ways to impact hearts and inspire new ideas. Caleb holds an M.Div from Duke and spends his free time writing, reading, and attempting his lifelong journey of learning to cook well.

As a multi-genre creative, Devon designs bold stories, brands and campaigns that inspire action and impact. Designing with joy-led creativity, she champions diverse causes and communities in order to highlight a more vibrant world that’s possible. Her crazy creative journey began in the 90s immersed in a neon world of KidPix design and captivating global stories from NatGeo magazines.

Phil Zaczek is a veteran marketing strategist who helped oversee the rapid growth of Marvel and numerous other brands. He has put together some of the coolest brand integrations and content collaborations in recent memory.
